This has been an incredible journey that began over a decade ago when I first started writing this story for my daughter, Marian. What began as a personal project to spark her imagination has grown into an expansive young adult fantasy epic set in the meticulously crafted world of Dellian.
In this first installment, you’ll meet Wilton Davis, a boy from our world who discovers a pathway to a world where magic is a physical reality governed by the laws of science. Alongside his new friends Lissa and Corrie, Will must navigate this strange foreign world, battle the villainous Nicholas Marnoc, and master his own raw magical ability.
It has been a labor of love to bring this imaginative world and its relatable characters to life, and I am so excited for you all to step through the portal and join the adventure. And this is only the beginning — stay tuned, as I am already looking forward to releasing the second book, “Shadow Among the Ruins,” very soon!
